I never said he didn't go too far, Dux, but I meant it when I said that the rest of it wasn't anything I couldn't handle. Would I have preferred they left off? Of course. But it certainly wasn't more than a nuisance, compared to other things, what? I also hope most people realise that I think he does deserve expulsion. But I don't feel sorry for him being punished, I suppose, so much as I feel sorry that he couldn't stop himself.
And...I am a little bit cross. Because it was bad enough when it happened but all yesterday and today it's seemed like people are giving me a well piteous look and--dash it all, there's more to being a wizard than killing people with Dark Arts, isn't there?
